Repairs, Adjustments, or Returns

I want you to be absolutely delighted with your By Leahy piece.

However, if for any reason that you are not happy, I’ll do my best to help you out. 

Repair Policy

If your By Leahy item needs to be repaired for any reason please contact hello@byleahy.com. A Repair Form will be sent to you.

The cost of repair will be calculated and communicated to you in advance of the repair work being initiated. 

Adjustments

You may prefer a longer/shorter length chain, or additional engraving, for example. Contact hello@byleahy.com and a relevant form will be sent to you.

Replacement Items

Should you lose an element of a By Leahy piece, you will be able to purchase a replacement if it is available. Contact hello@byleahy.com to find out more. 

Returns

Non-engraved items can be returned for a full refund within 14 working days provided the item is returned in its original packaging, and in the condition it was received. To start the return process please contact hello@byleahy.com.

All engraved items are not eligible for a refund as the item has been customised. 

Items that are tailor-made  are not eligible for a refund as the item has been specifically made.

Faulty Goods 

Each item of By Leahy jewellery is handmade and as such may have small flecks or naturally occurring grain in the precious metal.

If your item is faulty when delivered to you please contact By Leahy immediately at hello@byleahy.com and please provide as much detail as possible about the fault.

If you need to send the order back enclose your order number. All pieces must be returned in their full packaging and in the manner that they were received.

Please return your goods via registered post and retain your proof of post and tracking number. By Leahy cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged packages.

Once the item is received it will be inspected fully and a refund will be issued where deemed suitable.   

Please note, items which have tarnished due to external factors, and/or are damaged by excessive wear, or poor care cannot be refunded. Please use the packaging provided to protect the jewellery and hang all chains in their boxes to prevent tangling, which can weaken the chain over time. 

If you would like your item to be given a fresh polish to lift wear and tear, this service can be provided at an additional cost. Kindly email hello@byleahy.com for more information.
