Some of the ‘making’ highlights from March
Not every piece that leaves my bench is shown but those that I can share are a treat. Especially when there’s such a rich story behind why it was chosen, who for, and the meaning behind the choice of personalised engravings. Sometimes it’s straightforward and simply personal. Other times a piece can hold many layers of meaning. This Signature Envelope Necklace was one such piece…

A gift for a god-daughter who was 'like a niece' to her. This Signature Envelope Necklace - while it was purchased to celebrate her birthday - held layers of meaning. It paid tribute to her mother gone before her, it celebrated a deeply significant achievement in her life, and also captured a memory of her father through the letter and envelope design.

There was a wedding celebration marked with a gift from Mum & Dad, and a piece to match gifted by her two sisters. A very sweet engraving on the reverse side captured the three sisters relationship as the bride moved into the next stage in her life.

It's always a delight to engrave a cúpla focail as Gaeilge (a couple of words) and 'Grá go deo' (Love forever, or forever love) was a gorgeous choice.

And a matching pair of Slip Necklaces for a mum and daughter to celebrate their gorgeous relationship... to name but a few personalised pieces that exited the bench in March.
